Oregon City, Oregon - Woodcraft Solutions, LLC (PantoRouter®), the expert creator of state-of-the-art joinery woodworking machines, announces the launch of their new, innovative accessories. Continuing the brand's legacy of excellence, these latest creations are designed to revolutionize joinery operations with enhanced speed, adaptability, repeatability and precision.
The first new product is a Rotating Clamp System made of very heavy-duty cast and machined stainless steel. The rotating base can be fitted with lever-style or pneumatic clamp arms, both of which are fast and easy to operate. The new Universal Clamps rotate 360° on the table allowing the user to clamp at any angle to the workpiece. The ratcheting Lever Arm is simple to operate manually and applies immense clamping pressure to secure your workpiece.
The second product is a Pneumatic Air Clamp Arm which can also be used with the same Universal Clamp Base. The air clamp arm holds a Parker® Pneumatic cylinder, a pressure foot with a cork/rubber pad, and a simple knob for positioning the air clamp arm above the workpiece. All pieces are made of heavy-duty cast and machined stainless steel. The air clamp kit includes the Air Control Switch, a tee fitting for the first cylinder, and a straight fitting for the second cylinder, plus 5 ft of tubing and an air tube to ⅛” male pipe thread fitting to connect to your shop's compressed air system. A pressure regulator is required to provide a maximum 50 psi air pressure to the control switch and cylinders. The pneumatic clamp is ideal for production work for accurate repeatable cuts.
Both clamps add a new level of precision and speed to the PantoRouter. The clamps allow for ultimate efficiency when users want to work quickly and precisely. A stiffening bar set is required to operate the new clamp bases to add rigidity to the table when using these new clamps.
